Facilitation of a virtual co-creation session with the team from the Foundation of the University and University Hospitals of Strasbourg as a prelude to the redesign of the current website.

Use of Miro workboards to:

• Define proto-personas
• List their characteristics
• Build their empathy maps
• Create and select a POV
• Define an HMW and initiate an ideation session
